Recipe System
The Recipe System software we will develop will work in full integration with your accounting software, Netsis. It will pull your products from Netsis. You will be able to input the recipes for the products, and update or delete the recipes at any time.
Order Analysis
This software allows you to list how many units of the products you wish to produce based on the recipes, the quantity of materials required to produce the desired amount, and create an order. You can also list the critical stock levels of products, report estimated order dates, and analyze the planned vs. actual dates, along with material details in the planning calendar.

Production Modules
Based on the recipes, you will be able to produce semi-finished products, create products from semi-finished products, and create products from the final products. For example, you can create a new product by taking 350 kg of Bobbin and splitting it into 14 parts of 25 kg each, adding 5 kg of raw material. Products can be entered in kg and produced as semi-finished products. Semi-finished products can be transformed back into raw materials. Work Order Creation Modules
Work orders can be created based on stock rather than open orders. These work orders can be downloaded in Excel format, and required materials will be listed with the help of a terminal.
Shipment Planning Modules
This module enables you to list products that are ready for shipment based on open orders' delivery dates, view products within open orders, select a delivery vehicle, load products based on the vehicle's capacity, access shipment history reports, and track vehicles during the delivery process using the vehicle tracking software from the same page.
Mobile Terminal Modules
This software, based on Android, allows you to view open orders, perform goods receipt, transfer between warehouses, plan shipments, process outbound shipments, perform stock counts, and generate sales invoices.
Detailed Analysis Modules

General Profitability Modules
In the Gusto MRP-1 we will develop, user authorization will be set up, and users will be able to add general expenses, operating expenses, management expenses, and project expenses. Profitability analysis can be done based on date, account, product, and project.
Labor Cost Modules
In the Gusto MRP-1 we will develop, labor hourly rates will be entered on a monthly basis, and analysis will be done using a monthly analysis table.
Energy Cost Modules
In the Gusto MRP-1 we will develop, energy consumption and unit cost rates will be entered on a monthly basis, and analysis will be done using a monthly analysis table.
Product-Based Labor and Energy Cost Module
In the Gusto MRP-1 we will develop, labor and energy cost calculations will be performed based on products. The analysis will include a table with editable values and calculation formulas for product-based values.
Start-of-Period/End-of-Period Financial Analysis Modules
In the Gusto MRP-1 we will develop, the system will fetch data from the previous month's last business day for the start-of-period analysis. The start-of-period purchases (purchase invoices) and amounts will be retrieved from the Netsis cost account. The period's used quantities, such as production outputs, and their corresponding amounts will also be fetched from the Netsis cost account. For the end-of-period analysis, stock quantities and amounts on July 31st will be retrieved from the Netsis cost account.
